Martin-Fries Named Director of Business Development For Media General's Interactive Media Division

RICHMOND, Va. — Media General's Interactive Media Division has named Tracee Martin-Fries as its director of business development.

A 1996 graduate of the University of Richmond with a master's degree from the University of Virginia, Martin-Fries was most recently director of integrated marketing for WWBT, Channel 12, in Richmond.

"Tracee has extensive experience in broadcast and interactive media sales and a deep knowledge of marketing research. She is well-suited to lead our business-development efforts," said Neal Fondren, president of the Interactive Media Division, which Media General launched on Jan. 1. "Tracee will be instrumental in our plans to combine the strengths of newspapers, television stations and interactive media."
